Our towns are made up of hundreds of pieces: old towns, neighborhoods, parks and suburbs... blocks inhabited by thousands of residents, workers, consumers. They don’t represent just a place for business or leisure, they are the real heartbeat of the community. To bring changes in these areas is a delicate job that requires skills, enthusiasm and a certain caution, as not only the town real estate and the town layout are considered, but also people are involved, because the place where they live, work and enjoy themselves is going to change.

After careful analysis, we, as TCM Italia, check the local endogenous potential, always preserving the geographical, cultural and historical specificities, in order to promote the integration and enhancement of the town centre through effective and gradual interventions.

In order to create all that, we need four basic ingredients:

• creation of a public-private partnership between the stakeholders
• transversal approach to the problem and interdisciplinary attitude
• definition of a shared strategic vision
• use of dedicated professional people (managers, stewards, ...).

TCM Italia develop and manage urban retail areas through the creation of a public-private partnership.
We bring together all the members in the town centre to make joint and coordinated actions aimed at the creation of an environment favourable to the economic and social development by ensuring the collective management of urban space.
As an added value, we offer our urban and architectural point of view.

• we organize educational tours and staff exchange in Italy and abroad
• we offer workshops, seminars and conferences devoted to the themes, and their mutual relationship with other subjects
• we propose events, meetings and activities with considerable insight, organized in Italy and abroad

Associative targets: Attends local authorities and private partner in the town centre management procedure giving analysis, monitoring and strategic instruments for the project successful.
