Heritage Management and return on investment.

In the coming decades, technicians, administrators and politicians will be increasingly called to a confrontation with the built-up heritage of the late 800's to mid 90s.Construction and architecture, not always valuable monuments, represent the vast majority of the real estate fabric and / or infrastructure of our cities. The traditional technical skills of the architect and engineer will increasingly have to deal with specific management tools that can exploit the idea of quality construction and contemporary architecture, that relates to keywords such as: sustainability, technology, security, maintenance, economics and management efficiency.
